These terms describe the CarPing / קארפינג vehicle-monitoring service. Questions: support@carping.co.il.
The service
CarPing checks saved vehicle searches and sends matching listings to Telegram. Listings come from third-party sources. Availability, prices and seller details can change. Check the original advertisement before making a decision. CarPing is independent of Yad2 and does not sell or inspect vehicles.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your searches and dealings with sellers. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or access another customer’s data.
Monitoring and capacity
Monitoring capacity is reserved using the number of unique listings in a search’s first complete scan. New or removed listings do not change that baseline. Scans are scheduled periodically; provider outages, rate limits and processing delays can affect freshness. Alerts and availability are not guaranteed to be instantaneous or complete.
Trial and payments
The free trial allows one search and up to 100 first-scan vehicles for seven days from successful activation, without a payment card or automatic charge. Paid plans renew monthly according to the price and final terms shown in Stripe checkout. Access and capacity depend on the verified payment status.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel a paid subscription from Plan & billing, or contact support@carping.co.il. The payment portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Deleting an account cancels its paid subscriptions immediately and removes access. Account deletion does not automatically issue a prorated refund. Send billing disputes and refund requests to support; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Data, changes and support
The Privacy policy explains how account data is used. You can delete your account from Settings or request a copy of your information through support. We may update these terms as the service changes; the revision date appears on this page. Contact support@carping.co.il for help, cancellation or questions.
