CarPing / קארפינג uses personal information to operate your account, monitor your searches and deliver notifications. Contact: support@carping.co.il.
Information we use
We process your account email and optional display name, saved search criteria, listing history, favorites and read status, language preferences, Telegram identifiers and connection information. A contact request includes the name, company, email, phone and message you provide.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, provide monitoring and notifications, enforce plan capacity, prevent abuse, answer support requests and maintain billing records. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services; our hosting provider serves the website; ReefAPI and Yad2 supply vehicle data; Telegram delivers connected alerts; Stripe processes payments. Stripe handles payment-card information; CarPing does not store card numbers. These services may process information outside Israel under their own applicable terms.
Cookies and analytics
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, language and privacy choices. Google Analytics is enabled only after you choose to allow analytics. It uses allowlisted product events and campaign information. Advertising tracking is disabled. You can change your choice through Privacy choices in the footer or Settings.
Security and retention
Access to account data is restricted to its owner and authorized service operations. Raw scan details are pruned after 30 days and webhook/catalog operation details after 90 days. Contact requests are retained for up to 90 days. Search history remains while your account exists. Security and provider backups may remain until their normal expiry.
Deletion and billing records
Deleting your account removes the login, searches, account preferences, listing associations, favorites, read history and Telegram connection. Shared public vehicle data may remain where needed by other accounts. We retain a restricted record of billing identifiers, dates and amounts for accounting obligations; ordinary profile and search information is excluded from that archive. Stripe may retain receipts and information it must keep independently.
Your requests
You can update your name and preferences and delete your account from Settings. Email support@carping.co.il to request access, correction, a copy of your data, deletion assistance or details of retention. We may verify ownership before fulfilling a request. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.
